Wilna's first day at Avonlea!

Drop by the village artisan shop to see Wilna working on her next "Peekabout" and other oil paintings every Wednesday this summer! :)

It's unique and beautiful there - pay your entrance fee and, except your food and souvenirs, everything is included! Plays and skits, enjoy the lovely gardens, horse & buggy rides, pig races, dress-up and take photos, entrance to LM Montgomery's photography exhibit, wander through heritage-style buildings (yes, there are some authentic ones that were hauled there) and meet the villagers...including Wilna ;) Whew! And more! :)

Get there early in the morning when it opens and see Anne waiting on the station platform for Matthew...along with a rather nosy Rachel. They will lead you into the village :)
